Dr. Vineeth B Bhimshetty

He completed his basic medical education from MRMC, Kalaburagi and post graduation from M. N Eye Hospital, Chennai. Later did long term fellowship in Vitreo Retinal Surgery from Narayana Nethralaya Bengaluru.

He is heading Vitreo Retinal services at Anugraha Eye Hospital, Kalaburagi from the beginning of the branch.

His area of interest is Diabetic Lasers, Vitrectomy, Retinal Detachment, Uvea and complicated Cataracts. He has performed numerous suture less, glue less secondary SFIOL first of its kind in Kalaburagi. He is enthusiastic about newer surgeries. He has keen interest in Academic and Research activities.

He has presented numerous paper/posters/videos in state, national, international conference. He got best paper award in Retina session in Tamil Nadu Ophthalmic conference. His paper was presented in American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery in Boston in 2014.
