DR. VIJAYLAXMI BHIMSHETTY

She completed her basic medical education from KBNMC, Kalaburagi. Post graduation with Gold Medal at Mysore Medical College, Mysore. Long term fellowship in comprehensive ophthalmology including intraocular lens microsurgery and phacoemulsification at Anugraha Eye Hospital, Vijayapura.

She has presented and published various papers/poster in state and national conferences. She is working as consultant in Anugraha Eye Hospital, Kalaburagi since the beginning of the branch.

Her areas of interest are topical phacoemulsification handling complicated cataract, DCR, Glaucoma, Cornea.

She is also been part of teaching and training the young surgeons in the fellowship.

In the short time that she has been with Anugraha Eye Hospital she has earned good will of her patients and the respect of her colleagues through her excellent clinical skills and dynamic surgical approach.
